Use

The web pages, public bulletin boards, forums, discussion groups, e-cards and chat room services (Public Discussion Areas) are private services provided by the VBS Crown® web site (and page authors) to you the user, subject to the terms of this agreement, and the rules that may be published from time to time by the page author. Rules

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your use of the web pages and Public Discussion Areas.

impersonate any person, including but not limited to, a VBS Crown® official, forum leader, guide or host;

impersonate any person, including but not limited to, a Velgengni Business Solutions® official, forum leader, guide or host;

disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Public Discussion Area or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;

post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in any of the Public Discussion Areas including links or redirect HTML code; (Please don't use this community to generate traffic for another web site or community. This goes against basic netiquette. The links page handles this function.)

advertise any goods, services or web sites or offer to sell any goods or services for any purpose (see the Where to Buy Page);

users agree that they will not use this site to contact contributors for commercial purposes or to gather information for another publication or web site; and
intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing Public Discussion Areas.

CONTENT:

The user must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. The page author shall not be responsible for any Content. The page author does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but the page author shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in the page author's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules that are in place at the time. The page author may elect at his sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of the Public Discussion Areas for adherence to this Agreement or VBS Crown® web site rules. Advice received via this Web site should not be relied upon for personal, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

TERMINATION:

This agreement is effective until terminated by the page author and may be terminated at any time for any reason. Once you have lost these privileges, you cannot access web pages and Public Discussion Area in any manner or for any reason without the express written consent of the page author.

DAMAGES:

Any user found to be in violation of the above Agreement will be held liable for damages. This includes but is not limited to: monetary cost for rebuilding of databases, HTML mark up, fees charged by hosting company, and any other costs associated with repairs to the web pages and Public Discussion Areas caused by misuse. An minimum hourly rate of $200.00(USD) will be charged.

The VBS Crown® web site (and page authors) hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, products, and services contained on this web site, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

In no event shall The VBS Crown® web site (and page authors) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this web site, with the delay or inability to use this web site, with the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through this web site, or otherwise arising out of the use of this web site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if The VBS Crown® web site (and page authors) have been advised of the possibility of damages.
